Individual In-Person Sessions
These sessions are customized to meet your needs. Prior to designing your workout program, we will meet so I can learn more about your goals and availability. We will build a roadmap together that includes individual sessions with me and along with a weekly program for you to follow at home. Depending on what you wish to achieve, your plan will include a combination of strength, cardiovascular, and mobility exercises.

Semi-Private Sessions for 2 People
Do you want to workout with your partner, spouse, best friend, or neighbor? This option is great for you. Having a workout partner can help you stay accountable and motivated. Prior to designing your workout program, we will meet so I can learn more about your goals and availability. We will build a roadmap together that includes individual sessions with me and along with a weekly program for you to follow at home. Depending on what you wish to achieve, your plan will include a combination of strength, cardiovascular, and mobility exercises.
Custom Stretch & Mobility
Regular stretching helps keep your muscles and joints healthy. Increases your range of motion, helps relieve muscle pain, improve posture, reduce stress, improve performance during physical activities, and increase blood flow to your muscles.
A single session will help you feel relaxed and provide some relief for muscle tightness. Regular stretching over a period of weeks or months is required to improve flexibility.

Let's meet and discuss your goals and motivation. We'll talk about your daily schedule, including how much time you have to incorporate an exercise program into your life. I'll collect your health history and preparticipation health screening. We'll also talk about what types of exercises you enjoy as well as your dislikes. My approach is centered around you whether you're seeking improvements in your ability to perform activities of daily living or a masters athlete who wants to improve their athletic performance and everyone in-between.
